Enlighten African Leaders Organization (EALO) is an independent African research and solutions organization focused on understanding major problems affecting African societies, developing practical evidence-based solutions, and engaging decision-makers to support better decisions, policies, and real-world outcomes.

EALO exists to strengthen the path from understanding a major societal problem to making a better-informed decision about it. Our work connects research, practical solution development and engagement with those positioned to act.

We do not stop at describing problems. EALO examines evidence, develops practical responses and considers the conditions required for responsible implementation—while preserving the distinction between recommending an action and carrying it out.

Our approach moves from problem definition to evidence, solution development, validation, an implementation roadmap, engagement with decision-makers and careful tracking of what happens next.

Research findings and recommendations are determined by evidence, methodology and professional judgement—not by political affiliation, funder preference or a preferred commissioned outcome.
